The Scoping Sketch

For the first edition in our infographic series, I thought I would widen he lens and take a high level look at how progressive clients are adopting visual-centric solutions across their enterprise to drive engagement and understanding.  I thought the best way to showcase this is with and actual sample.  The following diagram is a scoping sketch where in pre-deliver, we brainstorm with our client and think about their core offering and differentiated value proposition, and how we would visually bring in their audience for understanding and engagement.  It’s kind of like a visual on visual strategy.  Of course, this scoping sketch only focuses on go-to-market activities; we could possibly go into visually making the interface of their tool set more intuitive or bringing their employees, management a stakeholders on board or a dynamic visualization too to show improved metrics over time, but those are topis for future infographics.
