Visual Networks was revolutionizing the way one can in three simple clicks proactively perform root cause analysis on any network. Before visual solutions were created, Frame Concepts took a step back and thought through how each visual solution – animations, infographic content programs, interactive solution pictograms and case studies – would tell the story in an integrate and consistent way. This scoping sketch outlines the strategy.
